III. Prepare 'Paper Information Form.'

Browse 'PaperInformationForm.pdf' with your PDF reader software (eg. Acrobat Reader), fill out, and print it to sign manually.

Note

Principal author is responsible to secure requisite permission from his/her employer, and all papers submitted are understood to have received due clearance(s) for publication.

IV. Send author's information.

Access Author's Information Page and send your information to our secretariat before sending hard copies by regular mail.

V. Submission.

Send 5 copies of manuscript with 'Paper Information Form' to the following address:

VI. After submission.

As mentioned above, authors will receive the result of review within 20 weeks except for unlucky or troublesome cases. If the judgement is 'Accept,' step to publication process.

If you receive 'Reject, but recommend to re-submit,' this is NOT a bad news: In order to keep reviewers decisive and to keep review processes short, Advanced Robotics requests the reviewers to decide without questioning back the authors. If the paper seems to be rather fair, but still lacking essential points to be accepted, reviewers are requested to check 'Reject, but recommend to re-submit' with a kind and detailed questions.

You should be encouraged to correct and improve your paper according to the reviewers' questions to re-submit it as soon as possible.
