The Regulations for the Robotics Society of Japan Copyright Committee


Enacted on November 13, 2007 by the Board of Directors

 

 

(Establishment)
Article 1  The Copyright Committee may be established in accordance with Article 42 of the Articles of Incorporation of this Society.

 

(Purpose and Business)
Article 2  The Copyright Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") shall perform the following business concerning the copyrights of works edited or issued by the Robotics Society of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "this Society").

1. Business concerning the copyright of works of this Society
2. Business concerning approval / license for copying, reproduction, reprinting, etc. of works of this Society
3. Other business concerning copyrights


(Chairman and Vice-Chairman)
Article 3  The Committee shall have one (1) committee chairman and one (1) committee vice-chairman. In accordance with Article 43 of the Articles of Incorporation of this Society, the President shall delegate the duties to the committee chairman elected from the Directors through the resolution of the Board of Directors. This shall also apply to the delegation of the committee vice-chairman. The term of office of the committee chairman and the committee vice-chairman shall be one (1) year.

 

(Committee Members)
Article 4  The committee chairman shall make recommendations for the committee members from the members of this Society and the President shall delegate the duties to such committee members upon approval of the Board of Directors. The Committee may have a few Managers. The committee chairman shall elect the Managers from the committee members and delegate the duties to such Managers.

 

(Term of Office)
Article 5  The term of office for the committee members shall be two (2) years.

 

(Convocation)
Article 6   The committee chairman shall convene the Committee.


(Report)
Article 7  The committee chairman shall submit the activity report concerning the Committee to the Board of Directors and obtain approvals.



Supplementary Provisions

1. These Regulations shall be implemented from November 13, 2007.
