The Regulations for the Commissioned Research of the Robotics Society of JapanEnacted on October 18, 1991 by the Board of Directors
(Purpose) Article 1 These Regulations shall stipulate the matters regarding the research commissioned to this Society by external organizations.
(Application) Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the commissioned research that is requested of this Society from external organizations in writing, etc.
(Acceptance or Non-acceptance) Article 3 The Board of Directors shall review and determine the acceptance or non-acceptance of the commissioned research, considering the scope of activity, benefit to the members of this Society, contribution to the development of this Society, contribution to society and activities of the requesting organization, etc.
(Director in Charge of Commission) Article 4 If commissioned research is accepted, the Board of Directors shall elect a Director in charge of such research, shall organize the Research and Study Committee and shall delegate the research. However, if any other proper committee exists, the research may be delegated to such committee.
(Activity Plan) Article 5 The committee chairman who is delegated the commissioned research from the Board of Directors shall submit an activity plan and budget plan to the Board of Directors and shall obtain approval.

Supplementary Provisions 1. These Regulations shall be implemented form October 18, 1991.
