The Regulations for the Enactment, etc., of the Rules and Regulations of the Robotics Society of Japan

(Purpose)
Article 1 These Regulations shall stipulate the basic rules for the
smooth operation of the enactment and revision, etc., of the Instructions,
Regulations, Supplementary Regulations, Rules and Supplementary Rules
(hereinafter referred to as the gRules and Regulationsh). The Rules and
Regulations of this Society shall be stipulated in accordance with these
Regulations.
(Definition
of Instructions)
Article 2 The Instructions shall be stipulated by the President
through the resolutions of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting in
accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.
(Definition
of Regulations and Supplementary Regulations)
Article 3 The Regulations shall be stipulated by the Board of
Directors for the detailed provisions necessary for the implementation of the
Articles of Incorporation and the Instructions and the Supplementary
Regulations shall supplement the Regulations.
(Definition
of Rules and Supplementary Rules)
Article 4 The Rules shall be stipulated by the organ of a
committee, etc., for the detailed provisions necessary for the implementation
of the Articles of Incorporation, Instructions or Regulations and the
Supplementary Rules shall supplement the Rules.
(Other
Regulations and Rules)
Article 5 The organ of the Board of Directors and Committees, etc.,
may stipulate the internal regulations, standards and manuals, etc., if
necessary.
(Keeping
of Official Text of Regulations and Rules)
Article 6 The official text of the Instructions, the Regulations or
the other Rules and Regulations with the same effect shall be kept by the
secretary after obtaining the signature and seal of the President. In addition,
the organ that has performed the enactment, etc., of the Rules or other Rules
and Regulations with the same effect shall submit the copies thereof to the
Board of Directors and the secretary shall keep such copies.
2. The secretary shall prepare and keep the list of the Rules and Regulations
and a record of the revisions thereof.
(Preparation
Manual of Rules and Regulations)
Article 7 The form of the Rules and Regulations shall be in
accordance with the manual separately stipulated.
Supplementary
Provisions
1.
These Regulations shall be revised and implemented from October 18, 1991. The
gRegulations for the Enactment of the Regulations, etc., of the Robotics
Society of Japanh shall be renamed as the gRegulations for the Enactment of the
Rules and Regulations of the Robotics Society of Japanh. These Regulations
shall be revised and implemented from July 12, 2000.
