The Regulations for the Compensation and Retirement Benefits of the Executives of the Robotics Society of Japan

Enacted on December 17, 2002 by the Board of Directors

(Purpose)
Article 1   These Regulations shall stipulate the matters related to the compensation and retirement benefit for the Executives of the Robotics Society of Japan.

(Compensation)
Article 2   The Executives of this Society (the Directors and the Auditors) shall not receive any compensation during the term of office and shall not receive any retirement benefit upon retirement.

Supplementary Provision

These Regulations shall be implemented from December 17, 2002.
