Revised on October 18, 1991 by the Board of Directors Revised on May 10, 2006 by the Board of Directors (Purpose) Article 1 This Society shall stipulate these Regulations in order to smoothly perform the research and study activities of the Research and Study Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”). (Working Group) Article 2 The Committee may form the Working Group of the Research and Study Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Working Group”) in accordance with the purpose of its research and study. (Establishment) Article 3 The Board of Directors shall determine the establishment and the number of the committee members of the Working Group based on the proposal of the committee chairman. (Delegation) Article 4 The President shall delegate the duties to the Working Group based on the recommendation of the committee chairman. (Organization) Article 5 The Working Group shall have one (1) officer and one (1) manager appointed by the committee chairman from among the committee members. (Convening) Article 6 The officer of the Working Group shall convene the Working Group (Term) Article 7 The term of the Working Group shall be the same period as the term of the Committee. (Report) Article 8 The Working Group shall perform research and studies in accordance with the policy of Committee and shall report the results thereof to the committee chairman. Supplementary Provisions 1. These Regulations shall be implemented from October 25, 1985. 2. These Regulations shall be revised and implemented from October 18, 1991. 3. These Regulations shall be revised and implemented from May 10, 2006. |
