URAI2017 ( http://www.urai2017.org/ )は,2017年6月28日から7月1日に,韓国の済州島(Jeju)にて開催します.詳細な内容については本メールの下の部分をご参考ください.

済州へは日本の主要空港からの直行便が飛んでおり,ソウル・釜山経由の場合でも済州行きの便が1日数十本もあるため日本からのアクセスがとても便利なところです.

皆様のふるってのご投稿をお願い致します.

The 14th International Conference on Ubiquitous Robots and Ambient Intelligence (URAI 2017)
June 28-July 1, 2017 / Hotel Maison Glad Jeju, Jeju, Korea
“Robotics, the door to Industry 4.0”

The 14th International Conference on Ubiquitous Robots and Ambient Intelligence (URAI 2017) will be held in Maison Glad Jeju, Jeju, Korea from June 28 – July 1, 2017. The aim of this conference is to bring together academics, researchers, engineers and students worldwide to discuss the state-of-the-art technology and to present recent works related to the various aspects of all kinds of robots.

– OS/Workshop/Tutorial Proposal: February 21, 2017
– Paper Submission Deadline: March 14, 2017
– Acceptance Notification: April ??, 2017

Ubiquitous robots, Ambient intelligence, Network-based robotics, Human-robot interaction, Robot vision and audition, Sensor networks and sensor fusion, Robotic agents, Robot intelligence and learning, Intelligent space/environment technologies, Distributed robotics, Navigation and localization, Robot kinematics and dynamics, Robot control, Robotic mechanism and design, Control architecture and middleware, Haptics and teleoperation, Sensors and actuators, Medical/rehabilitation robotics, Humanoid robots, Field robots, Service robots, Industrial robots, Biorobotics and biomimetics, Robotic media and art, Internet of robotic things, Healthcare & lifecare robots, etc.

Submission of Papers
All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically via the online conference submission system at http://www.urai2017.org in one of the following three submission categories.
Regular papers (3 to 6 pages)
Work-in-progress papers (2 pages)
After the doubly blind review process, all the accepted papers will be published in the URAI 2017 proceedings which will be included in the IEEE Xplore. Workshops and Tutorials Proposal
We invite proposals for half-day or full-day workshops and tutorials. These workshops and tutorials will be held during the conference period. Workshops and tutorials can be on any major and timely topic in robots. A proposal template can be downloaded from the conference website(http://www.urai2017.org) and proposals should be submitted by February 21, 2017 at kros@kros.org.

Organized Session (OS) Proposal
The goal of organized sessions is to provide focused discussions on a new topic or innovative applications of a new approach related to the various aspects of all kinds of robots. Each organized session consists of five or six papers (but four papers in particular cases are accepted), which will be reviewed through the normal review process. A proposal template can be downloaded from the conference website(http://www.urai2017.org) and proposals should be submitted by February 21, 2017 at kros@kros.org.
