***Call for International Session Proposal ***
--The 30th Annual Conference of the Robotics Society of Japan--

The annual conference of the robotics society of Japan offers an
international session that
gives English speakers an opportunity for their research presentations
and discussions about
Robotics.
The official language of the international session is English and all
participants of the
international sessions including presenters, chairpersons, and audiences
are required to
use English.
Any fee is not charged for all participants including presenters in the
international session.
Submitted paper will be included in a conference DVD and digest.
Note that the conference DVD and digest are not distributed to the
non-paid participants.
Registration fee is charged for the conference DVD, the digest, and
participation to every
session except these international sessions.

International session organizers are invited to submit two materials as
follows,
(1) Summary (100 words or more) describing the topic and purpose of the
session, and
(2) List of potential speakers and (tentative) paper titles (no less
than four) in the session.

It is suggested that this organized session is invited-basis to make a
session coherent and
high quality.
Titles of the accepted organized sessions are announced on the
conference web site and
anyone can submit a paper to one of those sessions.
But it is left to the organizer's judgment whether or not such submitted
papers are included
in their session.

The international session proposals should be sent no later than June
22, 2012 to
Akihiro Matsumoto (akihiro@toyo.jp) and
Yasuhisa Hasegawa(hase@esys.tsukuba.ac.jp).

All proposals submitted will be subjected to a review process.
