From submission to publication

When your paper arrives at our secretariat, the editorial desk will inform you the date of reception and the paper ID. Editor-in-Chief designates an associate editor to start the review process. In general, the result of the review is informed you in about 20 weeks.

When the paper is judged to be published, you will receive the letter of acceptance from the Editor-in-Chief with request of all the authors' biographical sketches and portraits.

The secretariat forwards the manuscript and data on authors to our partner publisher Brill/VSP with designations (issue, pages, and other special handlings if necessary), and manufacturing editors in VSP will take care of it.
