Presenting Advanced Robotics Paper at IROS

Presenting Your AR Paper at the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS)

Authors of an APC-paid (open access) Advanced Robotics (AR) regular paper (not evolved papers, short papers, or survey papers) are given the opportunity to present their paper at the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS). To be eligible for presentation, the paper must be submitted in PaperCept within the time window specified below, which closes at least a month before the Steering Committee meeting of the conference:

IROS 2026: May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026

To be eligible, the paper must be both published and recognized as an APC-paid paper within the eligibility period. A submission code will be provided only after the paper has reached this published status.

Please note that the eligible paper must be submitted to PaperCept, and authors may not request any acceleration or delay of the review process based on this time window.

To request a submission code, please contact the RSJ Secretariat (ar@rsj.or.jp) with the subject "IROS Submission Code Request," stating the manuscript number at the time of submission, paper title, and volume/issue/page number of Advanced Robotics in which the paper appears.
